Wrestle Mania

This was all the fam(except Rob's crew) that came to watch last weeks tournament.
Mike goes out on the mat before and rehearses moves with Kendrick. Mike is pretty passionate about wrestling!

Ready...wrestle!

Kendrick has been doing the Junior Bobcat wrestling program for about a month now. He is really enjoying himself although it is sometimes hard to watch as a mom cuz they get their ego's hurt along with a few minor bodily injuries. Anyone that knows Kendrick very well, knows that wrestling is his nitch. He naturally is very aggressive and roudy so he is definately in his element.

Halloween Fun

We went trick or treating with Natalie, Tug and Stone. Tug was Wolverine and Stone was Spiderman.

This is one of only a few moments that Stetson would be happy in his snow monkey costume. The white hair kept tickling his nose and going in his mouth.

Kendrick had soooo much fun being HULK! He thought he was pretty dang tough!

Happy Birthday Melissa!

So Melissa does a shout-out to everyone on their birthday so here's to you Melissa...

She has a very organized, clean kept house.

She is always wearing earrings, even to mow the lawn.

She has really cute handwriting.

She never says a bad word about anyone.

She is fun to go to Tai Pan with for decorating ideas.

She carries about 15 lip gloss in her purse.

She always has on cute jewelry.

She loves high heels.

She bakes really good sugar cookies.

She is going to be a really fun mom to her daughter.

Swine Flu all Around

Just an update...Kendrick, Stetson, and I are all recovering from the swine flu. Kendrick and I have been really sick but we caught it really early with Stetson and the Dr. treated him with Tamiflu so he didn't get it sooo bad. We all have been pretty miserable. I had a sore throat for about 9 days before this hit so all in all I will have been sick for 3 weeks or so. We are on the mend though and looking forward to brighter days. Kendrick started Junior Wrestling at Sky View right before this all started so I will be posting pix from his first meet this weekend. I hope all of you and yours are doing well!

Loss of a Friend

Today is a really sad day for our family. Our little dog Boozer ran out onto the highway by our house and was hit and killed last night. We only had him for 2 years but he became part of the family. He was Kendrick's dog so naturally Kendrick is devistated. We loved our Boozer and we will all really miss him.

What Happens When You're Not Looking

We were at Walmart last night getting groceries and I was browsing for bibs while Mike was entertaining the onry Stetson. I hear Mike bust out laughing and I turn around and Kendrick had a 3T fleece sleeper on(the kind with the feet in it)! Well, he sort of had it on. The neck of it was half way down his back and he was about to blow the feet out of it. It was one of those moments when you really should get mad but we were laughing too hard. He actually was heart broken when I wouldn't buy it for him. I couldn't help but take a few pix and then hurry and help him get it off before we were kicked out of the store for making a scene!
